Crafts in America featuring textile Artists

The PBS Documentary Craft in America (http://www.pbs.org/craftinamerica/) will be airing a segment called “Threads” Friday May 11. There is a SCHEDULE link on the site to see when it will be airing in your area. Here is the information for my area:

Craft in America Threads

Friday, May 11, 9:00pm

6 (Rocky Mountain PBS / KRMA 6)

Profileing textile artists Terese Agnew, Randall Darwall, Faith Ringgold and Consuelo Jimenez Underwood. Agnew creates quilts that explore environmental and political themes; colorist-weaver Darwall makes cloth that becomes a kinetic sculpture when worn.

Could be a great way to spend a Friday night??
