More Christmas Ornaments for 2020
Again, these were gifts so I had to wait to post about them.
This first one is a Foxwood Crossings Design called Snow Grateful and is designed to fit on these sleds, also by Foxwood Crossings. It is worked with DMC floss on 14 count brown perforated paper.

A Very Special Christmas
While 2020 was a pain of a year, my family did have some good news! In February, my niece and her husband adopted a beautiful one month old boy named Eli. This of course required a first Christmas ornament of some sort!
I found a Baby's first Christmas ornament in the 2016 Just Cross Stitch Christmas Ornament issue and adapted the original design by Frony Ritter to fit my needs.
I changed the word Baby's to Eli's. I made the buggy blue, I added the year, added extra red seed beads and I changed the teddy bear into an elephant, because I have seen many photos of him with an elephant!
The finished ornament is 4 inches square and I made it into a flat fold. I used some cute Santa face fabric for the back.

Some Holiday Cards for 2020
While stitching is my main love, I also dabble in papercrafts. Here are some holiday cards I made this year.
Now get ready for stitching posts every day for the rest of the year.
Be sure to check back! :)

2020 ANG Stitch of the Month FINISHED
I put in the final border squares (center left and center right) along with some divider lines on the American Needlepoint Guild (ANG) 2020 Stitch of the Month (SOTM).
The design is by Kathy Rees and is 8" square. Previous posts on the topic provide more information.
