Hug your loved ones and appreciate your family and friends. Sad day here in Aurora after a gunman shoots and kills 12 people injures 50, ages 3 months to 31 years. I did hear that the 3 month year old has been treated and released. He also shot off gas (possibly tear gas) just after the start of the midnight premier of the new Batman movie.
All is well here in that I know my family is safe, don't know yet if anyone I know was at the theater, I hope not.
So please think of those affected, say a prayer, and hug your loved ones....you never know what could happen.
I saw this on the news right away this morning. SO very sad.
ReplyDeleteMany prayers being said today.
I just commented about this on Faye's blog. Decided to look away from the news for awhile as we in Aurora are devastated by yet another horrible thing to happen like this since Columbine. BTW, Columbine was April 20th and this is July 20th. I'm so sad and so shocked!
ReplyDeleteI was up at 4:30 central time getting ready to take my Rooster to work. Very heartbreaking story. Lots of prayers started then and continue now. My seven year old asked me why? All I could said was there just are people who do these things. She looked at me sad and said that he must not know God.
ReplyDeleteLove and good thoughts.
Hello
ReplyDeleteJust found your blog.
I agree that you never know what's around the corner.
My thoughts are with the family and friends of those affected.
